As a Fish Cutting Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining fish cutting machinery. You'll ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust fish cutting machines based on product specifications.

• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.

Requirements

Education

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment

Experience

• Previous experience with fish cutting machinery is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
