Job Description

As a Silo Filler, you will take charge of the safe and efficient filling of grain silos on our agricultural property. This role involves operating machinery and equipment to transport and store grain, guaranteeing it is stored correctly to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with other agricultural specialists to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor grain quality and address any issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to improve machinery operation skills.
• Assist in loading and unloading grain and related materials.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas to uphold quality standards.
