Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in Sunshine Coast. Your role will involve managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and liaising between management and onsite staff to streamline operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage site resources and schedule work activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Prepare reports on project status and progress.
• Resolve any construction issues or conflicts.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Implement project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Assist in bidding and tendering processes as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a supervisory role
