Responsibilities

• Apply finishing techniques and sealants to ensure durability of concrete surfaces.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Train and supervise junior team members on best practices.
• Drive projects to completion within set timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete finishing

Technical Skills

• Decorative Concrete Finishes
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Time Management

Certifications

• Workplace First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
