Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing displays for both in-store and window showcases.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to align displays with promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends to inform display strategies.
• Adjust merchandise layouts as needed based on weekly performance reviews.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve display designs and effectiveness.
• Conduct inventory assessments to ensure optimal stock levels at all displays.
• Document and report on display performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Provide outstanding support to sales staff by coordinating promotional efforts.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Visual Merchandising is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or retail display
