UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and create intuitive workflows and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, is passionate about user-centric design, and possesses the ability to translate complex requirements into functional layouts.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
• Translate complex problem statements into user-friendly designs.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and requirements.
• Participate in the design system development for a cohesive product experience.
• Mentor junior designers in design methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• Sketch

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from a recognised provider
• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile app design: Hands-on experience designing for mobile platforms and understanding their UX challenges.
