Job Description

As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure. Your role will include providing essential technical support, ensuring system efficiency, and collaborating closely with other departments to implement new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-users with technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain server and network components, ensuring system reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work with software developers to enhance application performance and reliability.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of new IT projects.
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to safeguard data.
  • Manage IT peripherals and ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSE, CCNA, ITIL) are advantageous

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and systems administration
