Job Description

We are seeking a motivated General IT Technician to join our Wollongong team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with network management. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has a knack for solving problems efficiently. You'll work closely with our IT team to ensure a smooth operation of our systems and provide assistance to staff as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment of new technologies and tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes.
• Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or related role
