Job Description

As a Lump Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lump crushing machines to ensure production efficiency. Ideal candidates should be experienced in machinery operation and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust lump machines for efficient operation.
• Perform quality checks on the output material.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs.
• Collaborate with other operators to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate logs of machine operations and maintenance.
• Implement improvements to increase productivity.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Work closely with the production manager to meet deadlines.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Process Plant Operations or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in operating lump machines or similar equipment.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Heavy Industry: Prior experience working in mining or manufacturing environments.
