Job Description

The Agricultural Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring seed quality and viability. You will conduct various tests, analyze results, and provide critical insights to support our seed production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of various seed tests and analyses.
  • Collaborate with agronomists to enhance seed production techniques.
  • Record and document all test results accurately.
  • Address any quality issues through rigorous analysis.
  • Train junior technicians on best practices in seed testing.
  • Participate in internal audits and inspections as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory seed testing or related fields.
