We are on the lookout for an experienced Harvesting Supervisor who will lead and manage all harvesting operations in our organisation. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all harvesting operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the harvesting crew.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the harvesting process.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of harvesting activities and equipment usage.
• Participate in strategic planning for harvesting schedules and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in harvesting methods.
• Ensure accurate reporting of key performance indicators related to harvesting outputs.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability among harvesting staff.
• Engage in training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in agriculture or horticulture are preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in the harvesting or agriculture industry.
