We are looking for an experienced Adjuster to join our dynamic Claims team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating claims, assessing damages, and negotiating settlements to ensure fair outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze insurance claims for compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on claims findings and recommendations.
  • Assist clients with the submission of claims and necessary documentation.
  • Monitor claims to ensure timely processing and resolution.
  • Educate clients about insurance policies and coverage options.
  • Handle escalated issues and complex claims with professionalism.
  • Assist in training junior adjusters and new staff on best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Utilize claims management software to track and process claims efficiently.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or Law
  • Claims Management Software Experience with software like ClaimCenter for managing claims.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • Analytical Skills Strong skills in assessing data and making informed decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills Ability to negotiate settlements effectively and efficiently.
  • Customer Service Exceptional skills in providing support and assistance to clients.
  • Associates in Claims (AIC)
  • Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Understanding of Insurance Regulations: In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics: Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets for effective decision-making.
