Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic First-Line Supervisor of Food Preparation and Serving Workers to lead our dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure our food standards are met, and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food preparation and serving activities.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure standards are upheld.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
  • Implement safety and sanitation measures in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of special menus and events.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • Experience managing a team of employees and working with inventory management.
Technical Skills
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications
  • Culinary Certificate (preferred)
Languages
