Spring Setter

Job Description

As a Spring Setter, you will set up and operate machinery to produce springs that meet strict specifications. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and quality assurance are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for various spring production processes.
• Conduct tests and inspections on the machinery and finished products.
• Work towards meeting or exceeding production quotas.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Participate in safety and quality training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded.

Experience

• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with machinery operations
• Knowledge of production processes

Soft Skills

• Attention to safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a similar manufacturing role: Previous experience in a production setting can help.
• Forklift license: Holding a Forklift license is a plus.
