Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients in Perth. You will guide customers in their journey, offering insights and support to ensure their satisfaction and success with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to achieve high retention rates.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Track customer interactions and status updates in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and present them to clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success strategies.
  • Support escalated customer issues and ensure resolutions align with client expectations.
  • Promote customer feedback sessions to gather insights and enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
