Job Description

As a Tool Dresser at Mining and Resources Co., you will be essential in ensuring that drilling tools and equipment are in top condition. You will work closely with the drilling team to prepare and maintain tools, guaranteeing optimal performance on-site.

Responsibilities

• Regularly examine drilling equipment to identify potential issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to drilling tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate safety-related concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with inventory management of tools and replacement parts.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and safety requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in mechanical or engineering field
• Certifications in safety and maintenance are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic Systems Knowledge
• Welding and Fabrication

Languages
