Job Description

The Bladder Blower plays a crucial role in our production team, operating and maintaining machinery that inflates and seals inflatable products. This hands-on position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used to inflate and seal inflatable products.
• Maintain machinery to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to meet safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops as necessary.
• Document operational procedures and maintenance records.
• Report any unsafe conditions to management immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
