As a Semiconductor Processing Technician, you will be pivotal in the manufacturing process, responsible for attaching semiconductor dies to substrates and ensuring optimal quality. We're seeking meticulous individuals with a knack for detail who thrive in fast-paced environments. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will directly contribute to the production of high-quality electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Mount semiconductor dies onto lead frames or substrates and perform wire bonding to connect them.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area to comply with cleanroom protocols.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines.
• Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes and enhancements to existing ones.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality regulations at all times.
• Engage in training and skill enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Electronics or relevant higher qualification

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of ISO standards

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with equipment calibration: Understanding of calibration processes for manufacturing equipment.
