Job Description

Seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers for our grain sprouting operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all equipment is functional and maintaining production records, contributing to our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grains for quality, moisture content, and impurities.
• Perform tests and analysis on grain samples using laboratory equipment.
• Record and report findings to the Agricultural Supervisor.
• Assist with grain storage, processing, and transportation when required.
• Maintain and operate equipment as needed.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of vocational training in agriculture or food production is beneficial

Experience

• Experience in a food production environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Quality control expertise
• Farming equipment operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
