Lubrication Servicer

Job Description

The Lubrication Servicer is responsible for maintaining and servicing lubrication equipment and systems in a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery through careful service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and analyze industrial machinery to determine lubrication requirements.
• Monitor and maintain lubrication systems to ensure proper function and prevent breakdowns.
• Select and apply appropriate lubricants to machinery to maximize performance and longevity.
• Document and report all maintenance activities and equipment downtime.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on lubrication best practices.
• Assist in developing lubrication schedules and preventive maintenance plans.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe working condition.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)
• Current driver's licence
• WorkSafe White Card

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in lubrication maintenance and servicing is preferred.
