Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wrecker to join our dedicated team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for dismantling and recycling vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient operations within our vehicle recovery services.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling vehicles in a timely manner and removing salvageable parts.
• Properly disposing of harmful fluids and materials according to regulations.
• Operating recovery equipment and machinery safely.
• Keeping detailed records of dismantling and recycling activities.
• Engaging in regular maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Maintaining a tidy workspace and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably in dismantling and recycling

Technical Skills

• Automotive Mechanics

Certifications

• Automotive Trade Qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent
