Job Description

We are seeking diligent Stockers and Order Fillers to join our energetic logistics team. Your role will involve receiving, processing, and assembling orders for dispatch in an efficient manner. Ideal candidates will possess good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the onboard staff to ensure high service standards
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas
• Assist guests with special requests and ensure a pleasant experience
• Manage and conduct regular safety drills and training for staff
• Coordinate logistical operations for onboard events and functions
• Provide regular reports to management regarding operational concerns
• Oversee the maintenance of health regulations throughout the ship.
• Promote teamwork and foster a positive working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in hospitality or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service industry
