Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and young people, diagnosing and treating developmental and neurological disorders. This role will involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Perform neuropsychological evaluations for diverse pediatric populations.
  • Analyze and interpret neuropsychological test results to guide treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Facilitate workshops on neuropsychological issues for staff and families.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress.
  • Participate in research initiatives aimed at advancing pediatric neuropsychology.
  • Provide expert testimony in legal cases involving child psychology and neurodevelopment.
  • Engage families in therapeutic interventions and educational support.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Completion of a Fellowship in Neuropsychology preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience as a Pediatric Neuropsychologist
