Job Description

As a Solar Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell solar energy solutions. You will work closely with clients, helping them understand the benefits of solar energy while providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. A successful candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with customers to assess their energy needs.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals that include product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet targets.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up for satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and documents effectively.
  • Educate customers about incentives, rebates, and financing options.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in training and development sessions as required.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in solar energy or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
