Job Description

Join us as an Adjustment Examiner, where you will play a vital role in the claims process. Your responsibilities will include assessing claims, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and verify insurance claims for accuracy and validity.
  • Conduct interviews with claimants and gather supporting documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and company standards.
  • Investigate discrepancies in claims to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and related communications.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding the claims process.
  • Prepare detailed reports on claims activity for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Additional certifications in insurance preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in claims processing or similar roles
