We are on the lookout for a meticulous Adjustment Examiner to join our team in Sydney. You will be responsible for reviewing insurance claims, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with all related regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and verify insurance claims for accuracy and validity.
  • Conduct interviews with claimants and gather supporting documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and company standards.
  • Investigate discrepancies in claims to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and related communications.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding the claims process.
  • Prepare detailed reports on claims activity for management review.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification in insurance adjusting is preferred
  • Insurance Claims Software Proficient in using insurance claims processing software systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret claims data.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Attention to Detail Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in claims processing.
  • AIC (Associate in Claims)
  • SCLA (Senior Claims Law Associate)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Training and Mentoring Experience: Experience in mentoring new team members is a plus.
  • Understanding of Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of the latest compliance regulations in the insurance industry.
