Job Description

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper in Mount Gambier. As part of our team, you'll manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your role will include preparing financial statements, processing invoices, and assisting clients with their accounting queries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations.
  • Generate accurate invoices and manage cash flow.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing for financial audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Train and support junior staff as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
