Rehabilitation Counselor

Job Description

In the role of Rehabilitation Counselor, you will ensure our clients receive outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client activity, collaborating with departments to improve service, and staying updated with industry trends to effectively assist clients in their financial journeys.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are satisfied with services.
• Proactively reach out to clients to identify needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on onboarding new clients effectively.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members on client management.
• Work with Marketing to tailor communications and offers to clients.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and strategies.
• Document all client interactions and outcomes meticulously.
• Facilitate training sessions for clients on using financial planning tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field
• Additional training in customer service, sales, or financial planning is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role within finance

Technical Skills

• Investment research and analysis tools (e.g. Morningstar, FactSet)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients: Specialised experience in managing portfolios for affluent clients.
• Additional language skills: Fluency in a second language is a plus for client interactions.
