As a Tax Consultant at our firm, you'll play a key role in providing comprehensive tax advice and financial planning services to clients. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure compliance with tax regulations while developing strategies to optimise our clients' financial positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax advice to clients based on their unique financial situations.
• Prepare tax compliance and reporting documents efficiently and accurately.
• Research tax legislation changes and communicate implications to clients.
• Engage in client relations, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and tax-related records.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to handle complex tax issues.
• Mentor junior staff members and assist in their professional development.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement effective tax planning strategies to maximise client benefits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA or CPA certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field

Certifications

• Registered Tax Agent with the Australian Taxation Office

Languages
