Foundry Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Foundry Laborer who will assist in the production of metal castings within our state-of-the-art facility. This physically demanding role requires a keen attention to detail and a strong focus on safety. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to roll their sleeves up!

Responsibilities

• Clean work areas and ensure materials are properly organized.
• Assist in the inspection of castings for any defects.
• Support training and guiding newer team members in foundry procedures.
• Operate machinery necessary for metal casting production.
• Contribute ideas for improving workflow and safety in the foundry.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Manufacturing or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience with foundry processes is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Basic Mathematics

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with power tools and machinery: Hands-on experience with common foundry tools and machinery.
