Job Description

As a Production Worker with us, you will play an essential role in crafting and testing new flavours for our food and beverage lines. You'll work closely with our Flavor Creation Team to ensure quality and consistency while helping to innovate products that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of flavour profiles to meet customer specifications.
• Conduct laboratory tests and evaluations to ensure product safety and compliance.
• Support the Flavor Creation Team in conducting market research on trends and preferences.
• Help train new team members on flavour development processes and equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
• Advanced certification in sensory evaluation is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in food production or product development
