Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of various pool types.
• Monitor and adjust chemical levels to maintain optimal water quality.
• Carry out repairs on pool infrastructure and equipment.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed.
• Follow safety and health regulations during all operations.
• Execute swimming pool opening and closing tasks as necessary.
• Keep informed about the latest trends in pool maintenance.
• Assist in managing customer bookings and schedules.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, however, certifications in pool maintenance are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in swimming pool maintenance or related field.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of swimming pool systems
• Chemical balancing expertise

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Pool Maintenance Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
