Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that address the needs of our software users, ensuring they are well equipped to utilize our products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging training content and delivery methods tailored to various learning styles.
• Implement learning management systems (LMS) to track training progress and completion.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring participant engagement.
• Evaluate training outcomes and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior trainers and staff members.
• Develop e-learning modules leveraging multimedia tools for online training.
• Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress for reporting purposes.
• Conduct regular reviews of training programs to adapt to changing organizational needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development

Technical Skills

• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in project management software

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with virtual training environments: Hands-on experience conducting virtual training sessions via platforms like Zoom.
