Job Description

As a Loan Interviewer and Clerk, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that loan applications are processed efficiently, guiding potential clients through the application process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage clients, understand their needs, and verify their financial information to facilitate the approval process.

Responsibilities

• Actively cultivate and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of loan deals.
• Meet and surpass sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance loan products.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle post-sale inquiries.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in loan processing or sales
