Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Telephone Ad Taker to join our team and handle incoming calls from potential clients interested in placing advertisements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers calling to place ads.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are managed professionally.
  • Collect and verify client details for ad placements.
  • Monitor advertisement order processes for accuracy.
  • Support sales team with follow-ups and confirmations.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in telemarketing preferred
