• Perform cost-benefit analysis of suggested process changes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
