Job Description

As a Mobile Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy machinery across various sites. Your expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems will be vital to ensure our equipment operates efficiently in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs on heavy equipment to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with a team of technicians to facilitate comprehensive service.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Support the Service Manager in planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
• Train junior mechanics and apprentices in best practices and safety.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Engage with customers to deliver top-notch service.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Certificate in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
• Useful: Forklift or EWP certifications.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant mechanical experience.
