Job Description

As a Crabbing Machine Operator, you'll operate and maintain equipment critical for crab processing. With a strong focus on safety and efficiency, you will be integral to the workflow in our seafood production process, ensuring that we uphold our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crabbing equipment is operational and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist in the training of new operators on equipment handling and safety.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor crab quality and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
• Record daily operational data for management oversight.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience operating crabbing machinery or working in the seafood industry is highly advantageous.
