Responsibilities

• Manage prescription requests and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide medication therapy management to optimise therapy.
• Educate patients on the proper use of medications and devices.
• Implement quality assurance measures for pharmacy operations.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical developments and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Technical Skills

• Pharmaceutical Knowledge
• Patient Consultation

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist License
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with medication management systems: Familiarity with automated systems for managing prescriptions is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a community pharmacy: Experience working within a local community setting is an advantage.
