Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Paper Cone Drying Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain our advanced paper cone drying machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets all quality standards. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding our reputation for high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate the drying machine to achieve desired product specifications
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Track production metrics to ensure continuity and efficiency
• Work with quality control to conduct regular tests on product quality
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as they arise
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety procedures
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe workspace
• Compile daily reports on production statistics and machine performance

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certification in Manufacturing or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
