We are seeking a skilled Belly Builder passionate about crafting tailor-made constructions that clients will adore. Your role will involve collaborating with our design team to bring unique concepts to life, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client needs and specifications to design unique bellies.
• Utilize CAD software to develop detailed plans for production.
• Work alongside the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure high standards are upheld.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the project.
• Train and mentor junior staff on proper techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery
• Further qualifications in Construction Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in custom woodworking.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Material Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Project Management Experience: Ability to oversee projects from initial design to completion.
