Job Description

The Flakeboard Line Tender is crucial to managing the production line for particleboard and MDF manufacturing. The ideal candidate will operate machinery, ensure product quality, and maintain efficient workflow through adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform maintenance tasks and keep detailed equipment logs.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets.
• Assist in training and guiding new operators on machinery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production process.
• Document and report any discrepancies in production output.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent
