Flaker Operator

Job Description

As a Flaker Operator, you will play a vital role in the production line, ensuring the efficient operation of flaking machinery. We are seeking candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and operate flaking machines to achieve optimal production rates.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Train new operators in safe machinery operation and workplace practices.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve daily production goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in preparing shipments and packaging of finished products.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in Food Safety or Production Quality Control preferred

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• SAP Experience
• Process Optimization

Certifications

• GMP Certification
• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent
