Job Description

Join our team as an Office Machine Repairer, where you will leverage your mechanical skills to troubleshoot and rectify issues with dictating machines, providing quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain various office technologies, including dictating machines.
  • Test and ensure equipment is functioning properly after repairs.
  • Keep track of all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure all service requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
Experience
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of dictating machines preferred.

Advantageous
