Job Description

As a Monomer Recovery Operator, you will play a critical role in the operation and monitoring of equipment used to extract and purify monomers. You’ll ensure processes run smoothly and safely, contributing significantly to our production capabilities. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in chemical process operations and a keen eye for detail, ensuring quality and compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of complex recovery equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on recovery systems.
• Record the outcomes of recovery processes for quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Evaluate process data to identify and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product integrity.
• Implement safety measures and participate in safety audits.
• Actively promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff on equipment operations.
• Work on continuous improvement projects targeting process optimisation.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Chemical Process Plant Operations

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operating chemical process equipment

Technical Skills

• Process Control Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
