Job Description

As a Printing Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality prints. You will collaborate closely with the design team, ensuring that all prints meet client specifications while adhering to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust printing equipment for optimal output.
• Ensure the quality of prints meets company standards.
• Train and mentor new staff members in printing processes.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to achieve desired results.
• Perform routine maintenance on all printing equipment.
• Complete paperwork related to job tracking and equipment use.
• Stay updated on new printing technologies and techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Printing and Graphic Arts
• Trade qualification (preferred)

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
