Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in our customer journey, assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been addressed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a tech environment
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or Similar Customer Service Software
