Printing Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with offset and digital printing, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in our printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire printing process from setup to completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and procedures.
• Implement best practices for waste reduction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to resolve any issues related to print files.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Arts or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in printing and production

Technical Skills

• Pre-press Operations
• Color Management

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with graphic design software: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design and layout work.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices: Experience implementing sustainability measures in printing processes.
