Job Description

As an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, you'll be integral to the production of high-quality cement products. You will operate, maintain, and optimise adhesive bonding machines while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of bonding machines, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
  • Conduct inspections and adjustments to ensure machinery remains in peak condition.
  • Prepare and mix adhesive substances according to specifications.
  • Document all production activities and report to the Production Manager.
  • Participate in safety audits and team meetings.
  • Support other departments as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as instructed by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Prior experience operating cementing equipment in oil and gas well drilling operations preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
