Responsibilities

  • Provide support for clients in understanding bank processes and products.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Assist in the development of new procedures that increase efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy of account opening documentation and compliance forms.
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager to achieve department objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
