Brass Pourer

Job Description

As a Brass Pourer in our Melbourne plant, you will participate in a fast-paced environment, pouring molten brass and preparing molds. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our brass components meet the strict quality standards that our customers expect and trust.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix metal alloys for the casting process.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products for quality control.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for safety and quality.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering (Foundry) or equivalent experience

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in metal casting or foundry work
